Maxim has been working in Indonesia since 2018.^[5] Users can order trips on a motorcycle, car, bentor,^[6] delivery and purchase of goods, cargo transportation^[7] and cleaning.^[8] In December 2020, a new massage and spa service was launched.^[7]

In December 2021, Maxim launched the charity fund Yayasan Pengemudi Selamat Sejahtera Indonesia to provide financial support for passengers and drivers injured during rides.^[9] By 2024, the payments amounted to more than 6 billion rupiah^[10] for more 100 cases.^[11]

In December 2021, Maxim launched a marketplace integrated into the app. Users can order ready meals, food and other goods from partners directly.^[12]

In the first five years in Indonesia, Maxim expanded the area of operation to more than 150 cities across the country.^[13] In 2026, the number of cities exceeded 400.^[14]

In the Philippines, the service launched in Cebu in January 2020. As of 2026, it operates in 20 cities.^[15] Maxim has operated in Malaysia since 2018, growing to over 70 cities^[16]; in 2025, the Minister of Transport ordered the company to cease operations for allowing vehicles to operate without valid permits, and Maxim has been appealing the order.^[17][18] The service is licensed to operate in all states of Malaysia.^[19] The service also operates in Cambodia (launched in Phnom Penh in 2024)^[20], Vietnam (since 2020), Laos (launched in Vientiane in 2024)^[21], and Thailand (available in Chiang Mai and Pattaya since 2022).^[22] By 2024, the number of cities served in Thailand had reached 17.^[23]

Maxim launched in Brazil in 2021^[3] and by mid-2023 was available in over 50 cities.^[24] In Argentina, the service operates in Mendoza, La Rioja and Catamarca.^[25] Maxim entered Peru in 2020, initially focusing on provincial cities.^[26] Maxim launched in Colombia in 2020 and expanded to six cities; motorcycle rides were introduced in 2022.^[27][28]

In Azerbaijan, Maxim has been operating since 2017, starting in Baku and expanding to six cities.^[29] Maxim is also present in Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, Tanzania, Uzbekistan, and Vanuatu.

The service previously operated in Belarus (launched 2017, later ceasing operations)^[30][31] and Bulgaria (later ceasing operations).^[32]

Maxim started working in Georgia in 2014, and Tbilisi became the first city. By June 2022, the company's services can be used in 10 cities: Tbilisi, Rustavi, Batumi, Gori, Zestaponi, Zugdidi, Kobuleti, Kutaisi, Poti and Samtredia. In addition to trips, users can order cargo transportation, loader services, and in difficult traffic situations, use engine start and towing services.^[33] In July 2020, Maxim launched two tariffs: Courier for transportation of documents, packages and goods, and Shopping and delivery of goods, medicine and groceries.^[34]
